I’m not even surprised by the mistreatment that Arden has gone through, but I will say that I do not believe that (for once) it’s Jeff’s fault. There were multiple on set sources that said that MTV wanted Arden gone after s3b. In typical racist media fashion, they did not want her staying on as Scott’s love interest, they did not want her to be a main character. Those sources also said that Jeff fought REALLY hard to keep Arden Cho on for s4+. He loved Arden, he loved her character, he loved her story and he fought with MTV to keep her around. It seems to me that MTV has finally gotten their way now that Jeff Davis is stepping back from Teen Wolf. For some reason (racism) they do not like Arden Cho. It’s absolutely heartbreaking, but I truly believe Jeff tried to do right by her, but he only has so much control.
